SEATTLE REALTOR®
![]() As a Seattle native, my family and I have resided in the city for more than 45 years, specifically the Magnolia community. The stomping grounds of my youth, Magnolia, Queen Anne, Ballard, NE Seattle, West Seattle, Downtown, Capital Hill and north of Seattle to Shoreline have changed drastically over the years. These neighborhoods continue to be the communities I live and work in on a daily basis. My introduction to real estate was in 1973 when my mom went to work for a small company in Magnolia Village eventually retiring from Windermere Real Estate in 1985. I joined Windermere in August 1997 and have been with them ever since. Over the years, my client base has ranged from first time buyers to experienced investors. I have been blessed to work with childhood friends and their families, people new to Seattle and those leaving the area after many years. I am a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist with training and experience in representing those 55 and older. This is a unique client base with the younger end of the spectrum often still parenting teenagers and young adults entering college, while facing the responsibility of caring for aging parents. Those at the elder end of the range can find themselves deciding whether to sell their home and search for an elder care facility or hire in home care. The options are many and can be overwhelming, but most definitely are manageable when you hire an experienced, compassionate professional to help. Whether you are a first time buyer, move up buyer or are downsizing, I can help. The responsibility that comes with assisting people with a change of address is as unique as the individuals I work with. It is exciting and rewarding to be so closely involved in peoples lives and an honor to represent my clients in their real estate transactions. It is a joy to help them achieve their goals. ![]()
